At what point are cancellation fees charged?

Cancellation fees are charged when a booking is cancelled the day prior to your stay or later. Cancellation fees are charged as follows.
  • No show: 100% of the accommodation fee
  • Same day: 80% of the accommodation fee
  • Day prior: 20% of the accommodation fee

How do I book a stay at the hotel?

We accept reservations on the official Toggle Hotel website or other booking sites.

Can I choose the color of my guest room?

Unfortunately, this service is not available. Inquire with the staff at the front desk during check-in should you have any requests.

How do I pay for my stay?

Pay at check-in using credit card, e-money, or QR code payment (some services excluded). Pay for use of the cafe and bar each time you visit. We do not charge to the guestroom.

What credit cards, e-money, and QR code payments do you accept?

We accept VISA, M, JCB, AMEX, Diners, Saison, UnionPay, transportation IC cards, iD, WAON, nanaco, PayPay, d-Pay, LINE Pay, Alipay, Wechat Pay, Merpay, and auPay.
*Toggle Hotel is entirely cashless.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out at 11:00 am.

Is early check-in available?

This service is available depending on vacancies on the day of your visit. You will be charged for one night’s stay when using this service.

Is late check-out available?

This service is available depending on vacancies on the day of your visit. The following fees will be charged separately for the use of this service. Please note that fees vary by type of room. Please inquire at the front for details.
  1. 1. Same day check-out 11:00 am to 3:00 pm: 30% extension fee
  2. 2. Same day check-out after 3:00 pm: 100% extension fee


I’d like to know about children’s rates.

Children ages 0 to 6 may stay free of charge. One child is allowed to stay in the same bed per adult guest. Children over the age of 6 or children who require bedding and food will be charged the same rate as an adult.

Is a children's breakfast available?

Unfortunately, we do not have baby food or meals specially for children.


What amenities are available in guestrooms?

"We have shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and face soap, tea bags, face towels, bath towels, pajamas, slippers, toothbrushes, and sanitizing wet wipes.
Hairbrushes, cotton sets, and razors are available free of charge at the front desk on the 9th floor."

What equipment is in the guestrooms?

Guestrooms have a multifunctional TV, hair drier, electric kettle, refrigerator, and security box.

What equipment is available to rent?

Mobile device charger, humidifier and air purifier, hair iron, desk lamp, nail clippers baby bath, bath chair, bedwetting sheets, HDMI cable, LAN cable, shower chair for unit bath, trouser press, power adaptor for use in Japan, extension cords, and converter plugs are available. If you wish to borrow one of these items, please inquire at the front desk (quantities are limited).

Do you have pajamas available?

There are no pajamas in the guest rooms. These can be borrowed at the front desk (¥200 per set, free size).
We also sell T-shirts that match the colors of the guestrooms at the front desk if you are interested.

Do guestrooms have internet connections?

Free Wi-Fi is available. The password can be found on the Smart Plate within the guestroom.
* The Wi-Fi ID and password are separated between each guest room and the lounge to provide a faster, more secure network.

Do guestrooms have bathtubs?

All guestrooms excluding the Balcony Room, the Premier Fourth, and the Universal Room come with showers only. Those who would like a bathtub are asked to book either the Balcony Room, the Premier Fourth, or the Universal Room.

What TV channels and apps can I watch in the guestroom?

General TV channels, YouTube, amebaTV, Netflix, Prime Video, hulu, U-Next (individual user login required for these services)

Can I smoke?

All rooms at the hotel are non-smoking (including heated cigarettes and e-cigarettes).


Can I stow baggage?

Baggage may be stowed at the front desk at any time.

Can I send baggage to and from the hotel?

Unfortunately, this service is not available.

Breakfast is in the lounge on the 9th floor.
Hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 am

Can non-guests visit the cafe and bar?

Everyone is welcome to visit.
Hours: 10:00 am to 11:00 pm

Are there washing machines at the hotel?

There is a laundry space on the 2nd floor.

Is room service available?

Unfortunately, room service is not available.

Is the hotel barrier-free?

Some rooms at the hotel employ universal design. Please inquire at the front for details.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and in guestrooms.

Are there vending machines?

There are vending machines in the laundry room on the 2nd floor.

Are there ice machines?

Ice machines are at the front desk on the 9th floor.

Is dry cleaning available?

Unfortunately, dry cleaning is not available at the hotel.

What kinds of items are sold at the hotel shop?

    * Adult: Small, medium, large, extra large/Children: 100 cm, 130 cm
  • Original water bottle
    *There is a water server in the lounge on the 9th floor. Fill your water bottle whenever you please.

  • 3 minutes on foot from the West Exit of JR Suidobashi Station
  • 4 minutes on foot from the East Exit of JR Iidabashi Station
  • 5 minutes on foot from Exit A2 of Suidobashi Station on the Toei Mita Line
